Anxiety
Anxiety disorders are the most common mental health problem and they affect nearly 30% of adults at some point in their lives. Several major types of anxiety disorders can be effectively treated using therapeutic approaches in counseling. Cognitive Behavior Therapy has been proven to be an effective therapy to decrease anxiety symptoms.
Depression
Depression affects 17% of all people some time during their life.
If you have clinical depression, your primary care doctor or psychiatrist may prescribe medications to lessen your symptoms. Therapy combined with medication has been proven to be the most effective treatment for people with all types of depression.
Relationships
Relational therapy types include family therapy, premarital counseling, couples therapy, and marriage counseling. People who are experiencing distress from their relationships will benefit from learning healthy skills.

Grief Therapy
Grief counseling, or bereavement therapy, is to help you cope with loss. This loss could be from the death of a partner, family member, friend, colleague, or pet. Other losses in life, such as divorce, are equally difficult. Symptoms are similar to depression and anxiety. Everyone grieves differently and in their own time.
Trauma
Trauma can occur in a wide range of situations including: serious injury, sexual assault, domestic violence, emotional abuse, natural disasters, life-threatening events, chronic abuse and neglect, being bullied, and military combat. Some people experience trauma from repeated exposure to tragic events.
Adolescents
Adolescent therapy is for individuals between 10 to 19 years of age. During these years adolescents can express everything from a tantrum to amazing insights about world affairs. Brain development is continuing along with significant physical changes. Therapy benefits include improved self esteem and better management of emotions and behaviors.
